Being at OSSM has challenged me more than I could have imagined.  I have really learned about the academic world through various assignments and opportunities; I feel very prepared for college. Anyone considering OSSM should know that, though challenging, OSSM has an amazing support system. OSSM has also provided many opportunities and experiences which help students grow personally and intellectually, unique to its boarding school setting.

My hope for OSSM is that they continue to draw the rich talent Oklahoma supplies and turn those students into the leaders of academia and the global economy for the next generation.

OSSM has not only facilitated my aspirations in an academic setting, but it has allowed me to explore the realm of opportunities outside a student’s traditional comfort zone.

At OSSM, I was challenged not just by the academic rigor, but by the quality of people that I met. They helped me to challenge myself by being a better person.

My experience at OSSM has opened me up to not only amazing opportunities, but amazing friendships. I also was able to appreciate my culture and heritage while getting to know other cultures throughout the school!

OSSM opened up doors of opportunities that likely would have never been available if I didn’t make the decision to come here.  I suggest considering this wonderful institution.

I learned how much a teacher could push me and nurture my education at the same time.  I also found a great network of friends that could help me out no matter the problem and I’m truly grateful I got to have this experience!  

Being at OSSM has driven me to focus more on my academics, and it has taught me how to utilize my time well. I constantly find myself surrounded by supportive peers and teachers, and . . . I will always be thankful for OSSM and everyone that I’ve met here, because through this school, I’ve found a new and more confident “me” that I know will thrive in the future.

OSSM helped me the find the people that care about me and push me to be better every day.

At OSSM I have developed many skills that surpass college preparedness and qualify as life skills.  Living and learning with some of the brightest students. faculty, and staff in the nation is an honor and has enabled me to gain so much knowledge.  I expect to build on that knowledge exponentially!
