OSSM will be hosting Kurt Rouser, PhD, Lt Col (Ret.), USAF, to speak to current OSSM students.
Dr. Rouser’s background includes 21 years on active duty in the Air Force as an aerospace engineer, and 20 years of teaching experience at the Air Force Academy and Oklahoma State University. He also owns his own small aerospace business.
